Senior Civil Consultant
Andrew Stevenson
Andrew is a highly experienced contract and project manager with over 19 years’ experience delivering civil engineering solutions across New Zealand and Australia. His career spans work with Local and Regional Authorities, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, government departments, and private developers.
With a background in both professional services and physical construction, Andrew brings a unique dual perspective to his work. This allows him to anticipate issues, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver practical, results-driven solutions across a wide range of project environments.
He has managed and delivered numerous maintenance and capital works contracts, including roles such as: Auckland Transport South Rural Network, Whakatāne District Council, East Waikato Network Outcomes Contract
In recent years, Andrew has provided contract management and advisory services to clients including Ōtorohanga District Council, Hauraki District Council, ECB Ltd, Downer NZ, and the Department of Conservation.
His experience on the contractor side gives him a deep understanding of delivery challenges and opportunities — helping clients improve systems, streamline processes, and achieve better project outcomes.
Andrew has also delivered on complex design–build projects, including a major commercial development for Rocket Lab NZ, recontouring work for Winstone Quarries, and private developments in the Queenstown Lakes District.
He believes that successful project delivery hinges on a “best for project” approach — one where all parties are engaged as a unified team with shared goals. He fosters this through open communication, collaborative leadership, and a strong focus on relationships.

Project Administrator
Hilary Quinn
Hilary is a skilled and versatile Project Administrator at Construction Solutions Group (CSG), working part-time to provide critical support across contract and project documentation, asset management, and field services.
Her role includes document control and reporting for civil contracts, along with support for RAMM, ThinkProject, and Asset Mobile systems. Hilary also conducts site inspections and assists with condition rating of infrastructure assets, helping clients maintain accurate, up-to-date data for smarter asset management decisions.
Outside of CSG, Hilary works as a qualified paramedic. Her frontline medical experience brings a unique and valuable perspective to civil projects — particularly in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. Her calm, methodical approach and ability to manage complex stakeholder interactions make her an asset in both the field and the office.
Hilary also provides specialist advice to clients on incident scene management, offering practical guidance to help identify and mitigate potential safety risks on worksites. Her blend of technical, administrative, and medical expertise contributes to more resilient, responsive project delivery.
